Troubleshooting: Item not properly linked to an Account

Problem Description

When cross-referencing Items to the Account table using the 6 different account listID related fields listed here:

Have some Discounts items that are assigned an account in the QuickBooks user interface, but in the data returned from QODBC, all 6 of the Account cross-reference list ID fields are blank.


This is a bug reported as B00083 and has been fixed in the QODBC V280. This issue can be solved when you upgrade your QODBC.

Please update your QODBC to latest QODBC Version and test again.
