Troubleshooting: The item is not properly linked to an Account Table

Problem Description

When cross-referencing (join) the Item table to the Account table using the six different account ListID related fields listed here:

In the QuickBooks user interface, some Discount items are assigned to an account, but the data returned by QODBC shows that all 6 Account cross-reference list ID fields are blank.

Solutions

The issue was limited to linking the item table to the account table. This problem has been reported as a bug in QODBC under B00083. It was fixed in QODBC build 280.

You can resolve this issue by upgrading your QODBC if you're using build 279 or lower.

Please update to the latest version of QODBC.
