[QXL Desktop] How to export QuickBooks Data to Google Sheets using QXL

Problem Description:

How to export QuickBooks Data to Google Sheets using QXL

Solutions: 

Install the Google Drive desktop application and authorize it to connect to your Google Drive account.

Start Windows Explorer and navigate to your local Google drive folder.

Create a QXL folder in Google Drive

 

 

Start QXL Desktop and click on Settings.

 

In the "General" tab, set the path to "Google Drive" path in the "Output folder."

For Example- C:\Google Drive\QXL

 

Close settings

Export the QuickBooks Data

 

Once the export is complete, the output folder showing the list of files will open automatically.

 

The output folder will contain the list of exported files.

 

The exported files will be automatically uploaded on Google Drive.

Open your web browser and navigate to - drive.google.com.

 

Navigate to the QXL folder

You will find your QuickBooks company file folder.

 

Double-click the QuickBooks company folder to view the list of exported files.

 

To preview the file, double-click on any of the files.

 

In preview mode, you will not be able to change/modify any records.

To edit any file, go back to the preview.

 

Right-click on the selected file, and in the "Open with" option, select "Google sheets."
