Troubleshooting - An Incomplete record not found for CDKEY / Unable to activate CDKey / Reason: Unable to locate the Software ID:

Problem Description:

I am on Windows 64-bit, and I am unable to activate QODBC.

 

Solution:

Proxy or Firewall:

Please check if your Proxy or Firewall (software or hardware-based firewall) is blocking QODBC.

Turn Off the Proxy or Firewall and try again.

If you still face the issue, please try connecting to a cellphone hotspot or an alternate internet connection.

If you are still facing the issue, please try Manual Activation.

Manual Activation:

Please try activating your QODBC license using the Manual process.

Please refer to the section "Manual Activation" - http://qodbc.com/links/1957.

If you still face the issue, please raise a support ticket with "Sales - Registration - Activation Department": Click Here to submit a support ticket.
