Troubleshooting - QXL Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Problem Description:

I am trying to export data from QXL. After that, I clicked on the QXL export button I got the below error after export.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Solution:

Please update QXL to the latest version.

If you still face the issue, Please raise a support ticket with us under the department "QXL Technical Support."

Please share QXL & SDK logs, Screenshots of the issue & Screenshots of all the tabs QXL Option/Settings Tabs. You can find logs from QXL Setting -- > Advanced -- > Messages -- > Review QXL Messages & Review SDK Messages
