Troubleshooting - Check the IsToBePrinted update query

Problem Description:

I'm having a problem running this SQL statement in QODBC Test Tool. The application returns an error message: [QODBC] Not supported.

UPDATE Check SET IsToBePrinted = 1 WHERE TxnID = 'B9A6A-1197976027'

I'm using QuickBooks Premier: Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2007/08

Solution:

You will need to upgrade to QuickBooks QB Series 2008/09 for this to work. The Australian version of QuickBooks 2007/08 uses SDK v3.0 from the USA version of QuickBooks 2004, which doesn't support modifying checks (cheques).
