Troubleshooting - QXL 80040408 Error

Problem Description:

I am trying export data from QXL. But when I click on QXL export button I got below error message.

Unable to connect to QuickBooks. Make sure QuickBooks is running on this machine and is logged in as Admin to the Company file.

Error Occurred : ERROR [00000] [QODBC] QB Begin Session Failed. S0000 00000 [QODBC] QB Begin Session Failed. Error = 80040408, Could not start QuickBooks.

 

Solution:

Above error message is saying the QuickBooks is not running.

Please keep QuickBooks is running and is logged in as Admin to the Company file & try to connect using QXL.
