[QODBC-Desktop] Load Updated Data and Reload All Data Error - did not complete (3)

Troubleshooting: Load Updated Data did not complete (3), and Reload All Data did not complete (3)

Problem Description

      Sometimes you get the following error by clicking Load Updated Data or Reload All Data when you try to run the optimizer from the QODBC configuration screen:

      Load Updated Data did not complete (3)

      Reload All Data did not complete (3)

Solutions

      Firstly, make sure you are using the latest version of QODBC (via QODBC Driver for QuickBooks Download) and that QuickBooks is running, your company file is open, and you don't have any active panes open in QuickBooks.

      Note: If you want to reload all data, please ensure QODBC uses a QuickBooks Admin account. If you use a USER account with limited access to parts of QuickBooks, then Reload All Data will never complete correctly.

      Then try resetting the optimizer (again) as in How to switch OFF or RESET the QODBC Optimizer

      If you still have issues, please try also running the query below in VB Demo:

      Select Name from Customer VERIFY

The verify does an optimizer rebuild on the Customer table.
