How to change auto login user - Alter QODBC Related Certificates from Integrated Application under QuickBooks.

Please follow the steps to change the auto login user associated with QODBC Certificates in Integrated Application Under QuickBooks:

Switch QuickBooks company file to Single user mode.

In QuickBook's main menu, navigate to the following menu Edit -> Preferences -> Integrated Applications -> Company Preferences Tab.

Switch to Company Preferences

To know which application uses "FLEXquarters QODBC" to communicate to QuickBooks.

Select "FLEXquarters QODBC," Click Properties

Select the QuickBooks user from the list.

Close the Properties windows.

There is no need to accept the certificate again.

Note: If multiple "FLEXquarters QODBC" is listed, you must modify all the "FLEXquarters QODBC" integrated applications.

Switch QuickBooks to multi-user mode.

Exit QuickBooks.

It is recommended to test the auto-login functionality by applying the changes.
