Troubleshooting: Why Can't QODBC Display the Customer Ship Address?

Problem Description:

When a customer has multiple "Ship To" Addresses, QODBC can only display one "Ship To" Address. Where is the other Ship to Addresses?

Solution:

We are sorry that QODBC can only display one Ship to Address which is set as "default" in QuickBooks. If you want to change the Ship to Address displayed in QODBC, you must also change the default Ship to Address in QuickBooks.
