Troubleshooting - How to free disk size message

Problem Description:

When I connect to QODBC, I am prompted to free disk space.

 

Solution:

Please ensure you have 1 GB of free space in your primary drive where your Windows Profile / Roaming Profile or QODBC Optimizer folder is saved.

Ideally it is "C" Drive

Location

%appdata%\QODBC Driver for QuickBooks

Example

C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Roaming\QODBC Driver for QuickBooks

 

On your C Drive, you should have 1 GV free space available.

Alternatively, you can turn off the optimizer from QODBC 32-Bit Setup Screen.
